If you find a character in here belongs to you, it means you've missed an activity check and had your account purged. labelled INACTIVE.
You can easily get themre-submitted by creating a new account. back in the approved folder and lose the inactive status on your account by sending me a note.
The reason I separate the active characters from the inactive ones is so it's easier for newcomers to browse the characters list to find a Roleplay partner. If the inactive and active characters are all in the same sub-forum make that a hard thing to do.
PS. I once did a purge for neotown, hence the scratched sentences/words. This is for if any of the purged users decide to come back they can still somewhat read what to do about it.
