The Haunted Woods is a rather scary place, but I've lived here longer than I can remember, so I'm used to the spooks and the shadows and the creaking stairs. Even the ghosts don't bother me! Why should they? One look at ME, and I bet a ghost would turn about and run!
Who am I? Sorry, I forgot to be polite! I'm Zadar. I'm a Kyrii. I'm a mutant, to be precise. I live in the Haunted Woods with my family. My life partner and sweetheart is Una. She's a lovely Koi, and the delight of my life. Also living here are the two younger boys, Weeto, who reads way too much, and Cae, the brat. Also living here is Rina, a native Neovian who is in charge of the kitchen duties. Quite a family, as you can see!
Weeto is also a mutant. He's a Xweetok, and he's most likely one of the gypsies from the camp. He won't come out and say so, however! He goes there at night, and mingles amongst them, but that's all I know about it.
Cae is just a nuisance. He's a Blumaroo. I never really liked Blumaroos very much, but Una found him wandering around Neopia Central, and kind soul she is, she brought him home. Cae's been one of the family ever since, to my annoyance! However, he's not all that bad, but of course, I'm not going to say that to his face!
Rina's just a good cook. Sometimes I can barely understand her, for the heavy Neovian brogue she speaks with. She's a lively Ruki, though, and smart, too!
Una, as I said, is my partner in love. She's a Koi, and she spends much of her time in a special pool in our backyard. I knew she was special from day one. I won't say much more about that, however.
Anyway, we all live in the Haunted Woods as a family. We are a great family, without many quarrels to speak of. And now, if you'll excuse me, I've got the two boys to tend to, since they have Neoschool in an hour!
