Heart: Good and Evil (more on that later)
Homeland: Her mother originated from Moltara, but Yara herself was born between Faerieland (After it landed) and the Haunted Woods.
House: She has two houses. One is more like a tower, found in the Haunted Woods, while the other is a bigger building near Faerieland.
Special: Has some kind of mental condition similar to Autism/Aspergers (Yes, she is based on me.)

Appearance
Hair: Despite how she is dressed in the above image, Yara actually has thick, long, black wavy hair. She also has flowers in it.
Eyes: colour etc. (long lashes, thick eyebrows etc.)
Skin: Mostly clean. Usually shiny. Pale blue due to her colour (Water).
Clothing: usually seen wearing dresses, and the dresses are usually dark. She may also wear accessories and carry objects such as bags.

Personal Info!
Personality: Yara's smood changes al lteh time. Fisrt she's happy and laughing, but if somehting goes wrongm she can get angry and/or upset. She's usually self-centered and can be a bit clingy at times, bt that's because she is lonely because of where she lives. If something really angers or upsets her, she can turn eveil and start destroying things. However, she makes sure this happens when no one is around, because she only wants to hurt people's feelings, not physically hurt them. And even then, she may not alwways like ot hurt feelings of seem offensive, she just likes to take out her anger and upset on something.
Past: Yara has always been lonely and so, one day, she tried to find more friends. But when she could not keep seeing those friends every day because they did not always show up, that made her mad. Only one of her friends could keep her happy enough for her not to cause too much harm in her sad state, but they drifted apart, fell out even. Luckily, Yara has other friends to keep her satisfied now.
Plus: Yara seems to be able to use destructive forces, bt those can also be constructive in places.
Minus: Yara may have a strong mind, but she can easily be hurt by anything anyone says about her that she might not like. She has, however, recently learned to "harden." Also, it can hurt her if she uses her abilities too much, because she can get tired easily.
Extra: Yara is actually based off a non-Neopet character I thought of a while back, but I'm making her a minor character now. She will be more major as Neopet in this forum.

The character is great so far, but the minus seems more like a character trait than a real disadvantage for her.

You'll need to think of something that balances out her advantage, in this case "destructive force"

It's most convenient if these are clear things such as: limitations in speed/agility/strength. Can you also clarify what kind of destruction she can cause? e.g. control water, or nature etc.

Well, it is water-related, but also dark-related as well. She uses both wather and dark. However, the water side can be used for good, such as filling in lakes and rivers that have been dried out. But she often likes to destroy old buildings when she is angry and/or upset, because it's better than hurting people. As long as no people are in them.

That's a pretty powerful ability.
To avoid powerplay however you're required to give her a weakness. Being easily emotionally hurt is not a valid weakness.

If you add a disadvantage for her that balances out the ability I'll be happy to move her to accepted characters.

Well, I guess her weakness is that she can be too focused on one thing, making her distracted and so easy to be attacked. Also, it can hurt her if she uses her abilities too much, because she can get tired easily. Even from just doing normal physical things like running, she can get tired easily.
