Hair: Long and straight, ombre, with dark purple tips.
Eyes: An unnatural shade of gold; she is gifted with "faerie sight", which allows her to see things such as ghosts, faerie runes, and magic.
Skin: Clean
Clothing: Typical Sakhmettian attire. Likes wearing lots of gold jewelry.

Personal Info!
Personality: She is a pacifist; she intensely dislikes fighting of any kind, including the Battledome. She would rather run away than defend herself. Otherwise she is a very giving, gentle, kind person, who wants everyone to be happy and experience comfort. She knows at times this is impossible for some people and has felt powerless in the past because of this. Fae Rose does her best to share her gifts with the world and does not enjoy being unable to help others.
Past: Fae Rose does not enjoy talking much about her past. It seems like she lost someone very important to her some time ago, and it is in some way linked to the state she lives in now.
Plus: Faerie sight; this allowed her to see things others couldn't, up to and including short bursts of the future. Otherwise she has normal faerie magic.
Minus: She still has faerie sight, but in her current form she cannot do anything to help others. She is virtually powerless at this point in time as all of her magical energy is spent keeping herself from losing her sense of self.
Extra: Fae Rose is "stuck" in-between. Faeries can, for short bursts of time, move through a realm only faeries and other magical or paranormal beings can access; usually the time spent in such a realm is short, as it staying too long can result in loss of time in the real world or real world illness, or in worse case scenerios, amnesia and/or complete loss of personality and concept of "self". Unfortunately for Fae Rose, she is permanently stuck in this in-between realm. She cannot interact physically with other Neopets or physical objects, cannot be seen by others unless they have special gifts of sight, cannot eat and can barely sleep (if she sleeps too long she is liable to lose her sense of self). She's been living in this limbo for years and it has been a very, very long time since she has been able to even talk with someone else.

I'm having difficulty placing her...

The closest thing we have in neotown to neopets being unable to physically interact is poltergeist and they can still move around physical objects.

She doesn't fit in with Undead, Faerie or Neopets in her current state of being.

The abilities you gave faeries are also not something I can recall ever having happened on Neopets as site canon, and it is one of the colours I have not yet been able to put my finger on in The Rainbow Pool.
They would also heavily interfere with the plot I have planned for January, something as realms and hidden worlds shouldn't be things faeries and undead can just move in and out of.

I apologize for the lack of information regarding faerie paintbrush effects on neopets.

You will definitely have to forgive me - I've taken lots of inspiration from outside sources when it comes to my faerie characters on Neopets!

This ability she has is based off of old folk tales about faeries and other fey creatures - it was said if you were brought into their world you would lose time, or possibly even your sense of self, IE you would forget you were ever human, or you would go home only to find your great-great-grandchildren looking utterly confused as to how you even got there and are even alive! So that's what I'm going for. She's stuck in-between and can't get out and it suuuucks.

It's less that the undead can move in and out of it at will - it's almost like they live in it? To me at least. Physically she could interact with ghost pets.

Otherwise it's a pretty rare ability for even faeries, and not one she had before. (She's stuck there because she tried saving someone by jumping through time/space in this realm, and it, uhh, it didn't work out. Even a little bit. She should not have played with it and it ended awfully. 8|)

If there's any way I can retool her to fit here I'd love to hear about it! If not she doesn't have to be on here, I just thought she'd be a really fun addition.

As a character I don't see the harm, and I'm not against the idea of mystical realms and their effects on others. Though it might become a problem if more people take interest in realms and other things that aren't originally in the setting.

For her to be unable to materialize puts her at a great disadvantage, since even ghosts and undead ghosts are able to do so.

Despite my confusion I'll make an exception since she's at such a great disadvantage she wouldn't be able to influence site plots. Though for future characters please try to stick as much to the world established on neopets.com as you can ^_^
