Personal Info!
Personality: In regards to most topics he's usually apathetic; there are very few things he cares about, including himself. Just about the only thing he does care about is his family, but he'll never let it show. He's often reckless and careless with no thought for himself or anyone else; considered a 'thrill-seeker' by those closest to him. He comes across as heartless, but he doesn't care. His sense-of-humor is often crude and inappropriate, and it isn't uncommon for him to speak out-of-turn.
Past: Delta was the last of four born into Sanctuary, and the last to develop his powers at the age of 16. He was extremely resentful of the others at first, believing they had been blessed with gifts while he was given none. It wasn't until he was wounded during a conflict with Alpha that he finally discovered his abilities; trouble was, he needed his own blood to manifest them. At first he only cut himself when he needed to use his powers, but the more frequently he did it, the more natural it became, and it didn't take long before he was making a habit out of it. Initially he would use any excuse to use his abilities, even if they weren't really needed; but after a while he took to locking himself in his room at night and doing it for no reason at all. It continued for years until Beta caught him, but Delta became furious when he tried to explain his actions and Beta didn't understand. Their friendship became strained, but Delta did try to stop. It took a long time but he was eventually able to tame his need.
Plus: Delta can use his own blood to make clones, of sorts. They can be living or inanimate objects, though he's most fond of creating hellhounds. His creations have a short lifespan, and the larger the replica, the shorter it lives. When their time is up, his creations dissolve into a puddle of blood-looking liquid that burns the skin when touched.
Minus: Because he must use his own blood to create his clones, he weakens quickly. The larger his clone, the more blood he must pull from himself; if he loses too much blood he'll go into heart failure. And, of course, he had no power without his necklace.
