That's right, we've been around for 3 years now
Neotown was up since 4 november 2011!

To celebrate, I will be giving away coloured sketches, but there's rules!

For you to qualify for a coloured sketch, you have to submit a character between November 4th and November 30th! The sketch will be of your submitted character!

You can qualify for multiple characters, so get submitting!
