Personality: Decent and modest, generally gets along well with everyone. While he may not express being overly cheerful, he's pleasant to be around and always has stories to share and advice to give. Passive, friendly, and laid back, always has a level head about him and a wise atmosphere.
Past: Not much is known about Pirrel other than that he's been around for as long as anyone can remember, him and his bar. Bits and pieces of his past are often shared in the stories he tells, but I don't think anyone has the whole story on this old man. He hired Verron as the bar's bouncer after the previous man went missing, and enjoys the mutually mellow company of the young Grarrl. These days he hasn't much to care about as far as personal life is concerned, and would much rather spend his time chatting with the young folks passing through than be out and about partying or adventuring.

Oooo, thank you for pointing that out. His original story involved me as a player finding him wandering one of the many Neopet graveyards, there was very little thought put into his origin. I thought making him undead left a lot of room for more in-depth story building, and discovering why he's still here, even if he himself doesn't know yet. However the restrictions of a ghost are making me rethink that. Obviously it's a bit hard to bar tend when you can't move objects, and he's far from malicious. I'll label his app as a Work in Progress until I get it figured out =3
