Deep under the crust of the planet, a subway train sped through the dirt and rock. It only had one destination, the steaming city of Moltara. A city where everything whistled steam and lava was created. But that was still going to be quite a trip from any of the few stops on the surface where neopets waited to either get on or actually return from the city. A fresh surge of traffic was coming in from Mystery Island, neopets coming along for either business or personal reasons. Among the group, Stella was going to this hot spot. She had been waiting to get a chance to travel to Moltara so that she could meet up with her sister, but she had been pretty busy with her art studio and all. But she finally had time to go! Paying the toll up front, she managed to find a decent enough seat near the end close to a window. The draik had brought with her a small backpack holding a few supplies and other things, since she was going to visiting for a while. Among her items was her dear petpet Mona, the faellie nestled in Stella's arms. After a few minutes of warming up, the metal doors slid shut and the lights overhead dimmed down, the train soon starting to zoom in the networks.
"Maybe, this was a bad idea." Stells lowly said to herself, holding the fluffy Mona a little closer. Now that she was actually moving, she was starting to have second thoughts. The cabin looked cold and uninviting, the faces and silhouettes of strangers showing in the dimmed lights. Stella didn't like new experiences that much, but she couldn't turn back now. She had to keep going and get where she was heading. It wasn't like she could stop the train. The draik just settled quietly in the back of the train, looking out the dark windows in silence.
