Personal Info!
Personality: Skullerr is a Lupe of little words. The words he does speak are ancient and cryptic, ιελκ ιητσ. He seems to be indifferent to his surroundings, and many people mistake him for stupid. However, he does display at least average intelligence, though he does not show it often. Although Skullerr is a creature of darkness and has done evil things, he seems to be soft with children, especially the wraith boy Lee. He doesn't have much of a character, except for being secretive, mischievous (rarely) and eerie, and obeys only those who wield strong dark magic. He doesn't like strangers very much.
Past: A very long time ago, in the plains of Meridell, lived two Lupe brothers; one older and striped, the other younger and blue. Their names were Skuller and Boundhood, and they often played together in the woods. Skuller adored his little brother, and always protected him from harm, though he would often play tricks on him. However, there was one day when one of his tricks had gone wrong; wearing a skull mask and covering himself with mud, Skuller jumped out of hiding and frightened Boundhood so badly that he fell backwards and hit his head on against a rock, fracturing his skull.
Realising what he had done, Skuller rushed to cradle the dying younger Lupe, and knew it was too late to go back for help. Not knowing what else to do, Skuller begged for Boundhood to stay alive. His voice was heard, and a mysterious figure appeared, offering him a way to save Boundhood, but with a price; Skuller would take his younger brother's place and have to die instead. The striped Lupe agreed, willing to sacrifice his life for his beloved brother, and the mysterious figure did as promised. Slowly, Boundhood regained conciousness while his brother was losing it, and eventually the blue Lupe is recovered, his injury healed completely.
However, things weren't quite right... Boundhood began to get younger and younger, while Skuller, already dead, began to rise again, his body mutating and growing bigger, the skull mask fusing with his head and gaining the injury that his brother just lost. The mysterious figure then reveals herself to be a Dark Faerie. Laughing cruelly, she disappeared, and left the brothers alone.
Boundhood began to cry, and Skuller, still 'himself', lifted him up on his back and took him home. Upon arrival however, Skuller was driven away by the pack, the other Lupes refusing to believe him to be the same striped Lupe, and Boundhood taken away from him. Cursing his stupidity, Skuller ran away as far as he could, eventually stopping at the Haunted Woods. From then on, he added an extra 'r' to his name, as a reminder of how he erred so grievously, and kept to himself, his trust in others broken from the incident.
As the years went by, Skullerr began to forget who he really was, and became the slobbering beast he is now. Only remnants of his past self remains, one being his fondness of children and the other his dislike for strangers, as well as keeping his sense of humour, albeit twisted and cruel.
Plus: Not dying? Pain resistance. Being able to teleport. Sharp teeth and claws. Bad breath. Dark magic. More powerful at night. Being scary.
Minus: Technically, he can die, you just have to break the curse. He's also very slow and stiff, movement wise, and has slow reflexes too. Prone to losing limbs in battle, especially when blades are involved. Although powerful, he is not particularly skilful at fighting. Vulnerable to strong light magic. Weaker during the day.
Extra: His speech can be deciphered by first converting the Greek letters back into Latin, and then unscrambling the words. Basically, he speaks in anagrams. Occasionally, a skull symbol (☠) replaces 'o' and/or 'a' in some words. Only few characters would understand him, however, and I'll usually provide context for others to vaguely get what he's saying. Anyone who deals with a lot of magic (particularly ancient magic), studies old text or is of the same kind of creature (product of evil) would understand Skullerr perfectly!
