Hair: Strawberry blond hair, with short bangs framing her face and going down to her waist at her back.
Eyes: Brown eyes with thin lashes.

Clothing:   A wierd mix between her origininal, normal clothes, Magax's own taste in clothing, and what's practical to allow her to be able to start fighting at any moment.  (Ex:  cute accessories, no skirts -- only pants and jeans, leather jackets' are always a good choice.)

Personal Info!
Personality: Rosemary is a quiet, shy girl who can be a bit of a worry-wort.  Her stubborness can surprise people who don't know her, however.
Past: Not sure if I can do this but her whole past is written in my story, Deals with Magax.  But, long story short, when Rosemary was sixteen her magic was discovered:  she's a necromancer.  Necromancy is an incredibly rare type of magic; so rare, in fact, that the only other live necromancer anyone knows of is Hubrid Nox.  Now, the tribe know that if Nox gets his hands on her -- a young, impressionable neopet with unrealized talent -- terribly things will happen.  Killing her is a seriously considered option but the Haunted Woods folk are too clannish to kill one of their own.  In the end, the only option is to send her out to find Magax.  Magax is not only the most capable 'pet in Neopia to keep Rosemary safe but Rosemary might even be able to help him in his war against Nox.  Rosemary goes looking for him, tells him her tale, and he agrees to take her on as a partner of sorts.
So that's how they continue for some time, fighting Nox and trying to train Rosemary.  But then the inconceivable happens:  Hubrid Nox dies.  Magax remembers back then when he used to work for Nox that the Chia used to be very interested with death.  He now thinks that Nox wasn't interested in death in general, but his own death.  What if he found a state of being beyond death?  If he could be reborn stronger?
Off the two run to Nox's mansion and find something going on in a secret room.  The Twins, Lillie and Lanie are there and they engage Magax, while Rosemary is riveted by the big rock in the middle of the room.  It is, in fact, where the spell is being casted to add to Nox's power.  But Rosemary manages to stop the spell, and then they get the heck out of there.  After that, Rosemary and Magax continue to thwart Nox's attempts to boost his power, until the attempts stop altogether.  For now, they don't really know what to do; no one knows where Nox went nor what his relationship with the Twins is.  Before they can make a move, however, they are approached by Commander Flint.  Flint, who always admired Magax from the stories his mother used to tell him, is there to invite both 'pets to the Brute Squad.  He tells them that Nox is now a part of the Awakened, with a whole army behind him, so they need one too.  After some consideration, they decide to accept Flint's offer.  And so opens a new chapter of their lives...
Plus: Her rare magic type makes it quite unexpected to other people; despite her shyness, most people like her due to her kind, sweet nature; is pretty good with staff but still a novice.
Minus: Her rare magic type makes her unable to find anyone to teach her, so her education is somewhat touch and go, with tips from Magax; Is prone to panicking and over-thinking things; she can hold her own in battle, but she's still inexperienced so her strength is limited, especially towards things that aren't Nox's minions (which was pretty much all she fought before leaving the Haunted Woods).
Extra: I definitely ship Rosemary/Magax but I want to write stories about them for the Neopian Times, and the NT doesn't accept romance (especially with a canon character/OC) so I enjoy just hinting at an underlying relationship, or that they both like each other but haven't found the guts to confess.

Awesome I see you're incorporating canons in her story, very neat!

There's one bummer when it comes that however. Our rule goes, he/she who rp's the canon, decides.
Thus, any relationship/adventure you wrote that incorporated canon characters, will be dismissed if the person who roleplays magax disapproves of their bond/history.

To avoid disappointments you could apply for Magax yourself, or convince someone who agrees to your characters story to apply for him. This is just advice, you don't have to, but it's the safest option

As for her Necromancy powers. It's something that can get very powerful over the course of roleplay, thus you're required to write some weaknesses in her minus area. This can be a combination of battle weaknesses/limitations of her powers.
For an example, I wrote a detailed example on Adachi's character sheet. (it's in the plus/minus section)

Don't think too much of it just add some limitations so that when she does get powerful she will still be able to get defeated.

Sorry for the late reply XP I'll add in some minus's but the idea is that she's very inexperienced. Her magic has the potential to be really strong but she currently has no idea how to use it. I'll just go add that in...

But the moment she starts to get strong in roleplay you'll have to adjust the character sheet to give her a proper weakness.

This will allow you some time to think about a weakness that would suit her, I understand if you're not entirely sure of it at this point of her character development.
