Homeland: A small tribe in the Haunted Woods that doesn't exist anymore.  There's a reason for that.
House: Used to only be in the Haunted Woods, but due to Nox dying and then joining the Awakened (events that are explained in my story) Rosemary and Magax joined the Brute Squad and now travel around on jobs.

Appearance
Hair: Really dark blue, kept practical and short most of the time.
Eyes: Red
Skin: Scar over his right eye, though the eye itself seems undamaged.
Clothing: An open green vest with sliver around the edges and no shirt underneath; black pants with a utility belt, a pouch, and a sheathed dagger attached. A skull necklace completes the 'mess with me and you'll die' look; it's said that that necklace is the source of Magax's power that Nox gave him.

Personal Info!
Personality: Magax, upon first meeting him, is intimidating.  Despite being on the short side (five feet or so) he is obviously not someone to be messed with -- maybe the giant, double-headed battle ax he is never seen without has something to do with it.  And, for the most part, he is quite happy with this.  Magax is very unsociable and can get uncomfortable if a conversation goes on for more than a minute.  He's very quiet and doesn't talk for no reason.  Magax is very straight-forward and, despite centuries of going solo, is surprisingly good at taking orders now that he is in the Brute Squad.  This doesn't mean he is completely predictable, though, especially where Nox is concerned, but Commander Flint seems to know how to keep him in check.
Past: (Please note that very little of Magax is known, so most of this is my own head canon)  Magax was born in a small tribe in the Haunted Woods.  Haunted Woods dwellers are known for their strength and powerful warriors, a necessity in such a hostile environment.  Magax's father became infamous in their tribe for failing to protect their people, running away from the enemy and leaving the women and children to fend for themselves.  He was never heard from again,  but that did not stop it from affecting Magax.  From birth, Magax was and unsociable, without the faintest clue as to how to make friends.  Because of the black name his father had earned and his own quietness, the local boys bullied him incessantly.  As a result, Magax all but shunned human (uh, I mean Neopian) contact and became dangerous and aggressive, until, at the age of fifteen, he lashed out at someone who bumped into him, breaking his arm.  At that point, it seemed obvious that he was a danger to his people and could be kept no longer:  they banished him.

On his way out, he passed a Chia.  His name was Hubrid Nox.

Now, all Neopets, as a rule, have the ability to use magic.  They're elemental in their nature and do all variety of things.  However, there are exceptions to this rule, as with every rule, though they are very, very rare.  One of these exceptions is necromancy.  Another is a sort of magic that acts inwardly, instead of outwardly.  This type of magic makes you unable to do anything but the most basic spells, but makes you much stronger than normal Neopets.  This type of magic had interested Nox for some time and he saw before him the perfect specimen on which to experiment.  So he took him in.

The rest I'm sure you all know.  For centuries, Magax was Nox's loyal pawn, killing and destroying at his will.  Until there came a point where Magax realized what he was doing and went against Nox, severely crippling the Chia.  The two have been at odds ever since.

Now Magax spends the rest of his days in an attempt to redeem himself; to make amends with the faeries (though this is something of a hopeless pursuit) and help anyone in need, perhaps to balance out the sheer number of Neopets he had wronged.
Plus: Due to his magic he has the ability to strengthen his body to levels far above that of the average Neopian.
Minus: Cannot use anything but the most basic spells.  "They say that Magax's necklace is the source of his power.  If so, then what would happen if you managed to get your hand on it?  Not literally steal it, of course, the guy never takes it off.  But if you could get a hold of it while fighting?  Who knows?  Anything could happen."
Extra: Magax is strong.  I hope in the future I don't god-mode anyone but it is canon that Magax is insanely strong.  If going up against someone of equal strength (ex: Commander Flint, Brynn, etc.) then it would be on more even ground, so in that there shouldn't be any problem.

Good job, I like what you did with his past-section.

A few things:

You forgot to mention that he´s trying his best to make amends with the faeries, and that he's kind/helpful to those in need of protection/guidance.

At species you wrote "dark blue". However, that's not an official wocky paint brush color. I reviewed them all at the rainbow pool, and nothing seems to resemble Magax's color. But judging from his ability to float and red eye resemblance, my best bet would be that he's a ghost wocky. (even though his shade of blue is darker)
So you could either go with that, or add on to the story on how he changed from a normal blue wocky to a wocky that can float.

At minus you're required to write a physical weakness. Perhaps light magic? It's protocol so you have to think of something that could be a physical weakness of his. Even superman had Kryptonite.

I'll add that in right now.

As for the color, what if I said that he started out as a normal Blue Wocky and got his abnormal coloring through Nox's experimentation? That was my explanation for his red eyes anyway, I may as well blame his dark blue coat on it as well.

I'll add in a weakness as well.
