Personal Info!
Personality: Vincent's witty, funny and generally a pal to all of his customers. Hipster-ish and trendy, he has a genuine love of obscure and old things that many just brush off as "ironic". The Con Air poster in his bedroom says otherwise.
Past: Vince had standard suburban childhood and high school life with the classic nuclear family. His winning personality and charm made him pretty likable all-around and he made friends easily. Like most youths uncertain about their future he ended up getting a useless liberal arts degree that left few avenues open for employment. Coffee shop work started out as a temporary gig to pay off his student loans buy quickly turned into something of a passion thanks to the fast pace and plentiful socialization.
Plus: Since grade school Vincent's always had a knack for socializing and getting other neos to like him. He's a good listener, always willing to lend an ear to someone who needs it. He makes one mean latte, too.
Minus: For all his wit and personality though he's super shy and nervous around girls he likes, tripping over his words and unable to think straight. He'd downright freeze up if a girl showed interest in him. Can't swim.
